Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • 200 g of ladyfingers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 100 g of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 400 g of mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 250 ml of liquid cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 50 ml of syrup (water and sugar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 3 lemons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Whip the mascarpone with the sugars and the zest of the three lemons, whisk the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche until stiff, add delicately to the mascarpone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Prepare a syrup of water and sugar, leave to cool, then add the lemon juice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Place a layer of boudoir in a rectangular dish, moisten them by soaking in the syrup, then pour a layer of cream then another layer of boudoir and so on until the ingredients are finished.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Decorate the top with lemon zest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
