{"id":618,"date":"2023-02-09T00:57:50","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T22:57:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=618"},"modified":"2023-02-09T00:57:51","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T22:57:51","slug":"ever-since-i-tried-these-turkish-style-eggplants-it-has-become-my-favorite-recipe-only-140-calories","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=618","title":{"rendered":"Ever since I tried these Turkish Style Eggplants, it has become my favorite recipe | Only 140 calories!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turkish &#8211;&nbsp;<strong>style aubergines<\/strong>&nbsp;are a rich, nutritious and tasty dish that will solve your dinner problem in no time, making everyone happy.&nbsp;Basically, it is a&nbsp;<strong>flan with aubergines, cherry tomatoes and peppers<\/strong>&nbsp;which make these vegetables much more interesting, as they enhance their flavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without too many dramas, you will finally make even the children happy who will consume these foods with a certain enthusiasm.&nbsp;Surely you will not have eaten such delicious and tasty baked aubergines yet, so you will hardly want to miss them.&nbsp;Furthermore, this amazing dish goes very well with a vegetarian diet but not only, because it also respects the needs of those who follow a low-calorie diet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, the procedure does not present difficulties, all you need is a pinch of desire to slice the vegetables and put them in the oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Turkish style eggplant recipe has become my favorite!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Preparation time: 20 minutes<\/em><br><em>Aubergine resting time: 10-15 minutes<\/em><br><em>Cooking time: 40-45 minutes<\/em><br><em>Total time: about 1 hour and 10 minutes<\/em><br><em>Servings: 6<\/em><br><em>Calories: 140 per slice<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 eggplants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g of cherry tomatoes cut in half<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bell pepper cut into pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 sliced \u200b\u200bonions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 minced garlic cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 g of grated cheese (such as Galbanino light)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tablespoons of olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just enough chopped parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just enough paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just enough salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First of all, trim the aubergines, cut them into round slices, place them on a chopping board, add salt and&nbsp;<strong>let them rest for 10-15 minutes<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After this period of time, dab the aubergines with a sheet of absorbent paper, place them in a dripping pan lined with special paper, season them with a little pepper and put them in the&nbsp;<strong>oven (very hot oven) for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200\u00b0C<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the meantime, pour a drizzle of oil into a non-stick pan, add the sliced \u200b\u200bonions, stir, cook, add the pepper cut into pieces, stir and&nbsp;<strong>cook until soft<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, stir well, cook&nbsp;<strong>for another 5 minutes<\/strong>&nbsp;, season with salt, pepper and paprika, then turn off the stove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the chopped parsley, the minced garlic cloves, two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper into a small bowl, mix and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once this is done, oil a rectangular glass baking dish, spread a layer of aubergines on it, stuff the aubergines with a little flavored parsley, two spoonfuls of saut\u00e9ed vegetables in a pan, cover with more aubergines and continue like this until all the ingredients are used up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, sprinkle the surface with grated cheese and cook in&nbsp;<strong>a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180\u00b0C<\/strong>&nbsp;, at the end serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.latuadietapersonalizzata.it\/2021\/08\/31\/torta-brioche-al-limone-senza-burro-sofficissima-da-inzuppare-nel-latte-solo-180-kcal-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/un67e95z6c0\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Turkish &#8211;&nbsp;style aubergines&nbsp;are a rich, nutritious and tasty dish that will solve your dinner problem in no time, making everyone happy.&nbsp;Basically, it is a&nbsp;flan with aubergines, cherry tomatoes and peppers&nbsp;which make these vegetables much more interesting, as they enhance their flavour.
