I show you how"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surprise plumcake: chocolate in the dough?&nbsp;I show you how<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imagine a cake that hides inside not one, but two bars of chocolate, further covered with a ganache, again with chocolate and sprinkled with chocolate chips once again.&nbsp;Just thinking about it makes your mouth water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, then, you add that, despite being impressive, it is very easy to make, you understand well that this is an unmissable and, perhaps, unbeatable recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surely it will conquer the little ones of the house, but even the older ones will not be able to resist the temptation: after the first taste, they will ask for an encore, almost moved by so much gluttony all concentrated in the dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What are you waiting for then?&nbsp;Get to work, we begin!<a href=\"https:\/\/pinterest.com\/pin\/create\/bookmarklet\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdonnaup.it%2Fplumcake-con-sorpresa-cioccolata-nellimpasto-ti-mostro-come-fare%2F&amp;media=https%3A%2F%2Fdonnaup.it%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2023%2F01%2F30-1-1200x800.jpg&amp;description=Ho%20messo%20una%20tavoletta%20di%20cioccolato%20nell%27impasto%2C%20poi%20ho%20infornato%20la%20torta%3A%20guarda%20che%20capolavoro!&amp;is_video=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this recipe, get:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for the dough\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sugar (160g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>butter (100g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>latte (200 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>farina (250 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>baking powder (14 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vanilla sugar (5 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 g of semi-sweet chocolate (2 bars of 90 g)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for the garnish:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g of semi-sweet chocolate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cooking cream (100 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chocolate chips, to taste to decorate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grease a 22\u00d710 cm loaf pan on the base and edges, then line it with baking paper and brush it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar and work everything with the mixer for 2 minutes.&nbsp;Now add the very soft butter and continue to mix with the electric whisk.&nbsp;Now add flour, vanilla sugar and milk.&nbsp;Mix again with the whisk, finally add the yeast and mix with the whisk by hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the dough is well uniform, transfer half of it into the pan.&nbsp;Level the surface and place a bar of chocolate in the center and cover it with the remaining dough, level it again and place another bar of chocolate.&nbsp;Bake the cake for 55 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a lot depends on the performance of your oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, prepare the ganache: chop the dark chocolate with a knife, put it in a large saucepan, add the cream and place on the stove over low heat.&nbsp;Melt everything, stirring constantly with the spatula.&nbsp;When the cream is well bound, turn off the gas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.&nbsp;Then remove the edges with a knife and unmold it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cover it with the chocolate and cream ganache.&nbsp;Then decorate with chocolate chips and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/HkIOd721Q-U\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Surprise plumcake: chocolate in the dough?&nbsp;I show you how Imagine a cake that hides inside not one, but two bars of chocolate, further covered with a ganache, again with chocolate and sprinkled with chocolate chips once again.&nbsp;Just thinking about it makes your mouth water.
