It can accumulate dirt and cleaning chemicals which create a thin film that traps bacteria. These adhere to the filter or rubber and resist heat or aggressive detergents. \u2026. As a general rule, it is recommended to clean your washing machine at least once a month, but this depends on the frequency of use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 safe tips for cleaning your washing machine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cleaning the washing machine with white vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are needed :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">hot water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 cups white vinegar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd cup baking soda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fill the washing machine with hot water, pour in the vinegar and run a short wash cycle. At the end of the cycle, add the baking soda and start a new short cycle. At the end of this cycle, empty the washing machine and let it air for 45 minutes.
