This recipe I am sharing with you today is probably the best potato salad I have ever tried! These basic ingredients make the perfect salad. Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try! The creaminess of this is superb! From the potatoes to the bacon, everything about this is perfect! Feel free to add more to it if you wish. Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 lbs clean, scrubbed new red potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 Eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 lb bacon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 onion, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 stalk celery, finely chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 c mayonnaise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until fork-tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drain the potatoes, then place them inside the fridge to cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put the eggs into a saucepan with cold water. Make sure to submerge them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium and allow the water to boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the pan from the heat, then cover it with a lid. Allow the eggs to sit for at least 10 minutes in the hot water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drain the eggs. Peel and slice them into small pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add the bacon and cook until crispy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the crispy bacon from the skillet and discard excess grease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slice the potatoes and put them into a large mixing bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the bacon, eggs, celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
