Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cake Batter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 large Eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 sticks 3\/4 c unsalted butter, softened<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 tsp ground allspice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 1\/4 c all-purpose flour plus more for dusting pan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 c well-shaken buttermilk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tsp vanilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/4 c canned solid-pack pumpkin from a 15-oz. can; not pie filling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp baking soda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/4 c granulated sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cream Cheese Filling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 large Egg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tbsp all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 c granulated sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 ounces cream cheese softened<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Icing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 1\/2 c confectioners\u2019 sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp plus 2 tsp well-shaken buttermilk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Batter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apply cooking spray, then sprinkle flour in a Bundt pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add baking powder, allspice, flour, salt, and baking soda into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In another mixing bowl, add buttermilk, vanilla, and pumpkin. Whisk until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add sugar and butter into the bowl of the stand mixer, then beat until well blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the eggs gradually and beat every addition until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transfer the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture, then beat until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Cream Cheese Filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a mixing bowl, add sugar and cream cheese. Beat until well blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the egg and beat until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To Assemble:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add about 3 cups of the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make a ditch over the batter, then spread the cream cheese mixture in the middle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the rest of the batter on top of the cream cheese and spread it evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To Bake:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cover the cake with aluminium foil, then turn the heat down to about 325 degrees F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake for 25 more minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove from the oven and let the cake rest for a few minutes at room temperature, then invert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Icing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add confectioner\u2019s sugar and butter, then beat until well blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drizzle the icing on top of the cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serve and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sourse- misscooker.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prep Time:&nbsp;15 mins |&nbsp;Cook Time:&nbsp;55 mins |&nbsp;Total Time:&nbsp;1 hr 10 mins |&nbsp;Yield:&nbsp;10 Servings If you want only the best for your family, then you have got to give this recipe a try!
