Try this recipe now and you will surely say, Marry Me, Chicken!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 cloves garlic minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 tbsp all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts sliced into thin cutlets<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bc tsp thyme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp chilli flakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2153 c sundried tomatoes chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c chicken stock<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c heavy cream (double cream in the UK)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp fresh basil leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bc tsp ground black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd c parmesan cheese grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bc tsp oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the chicken breasts, then rub until well coated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coat each chicken breast with flour, then remove excess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add olive oil and butter, then allow them to become hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the chicken breasts and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Remove from the skillet onto a clean plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the same skillet, add garlic and saut\u00e9 for about a minute or until aromatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour in the chicken stock and scrape the bottom of the skillet to get the browned bits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn the heat down to medium-low, then add the Parmesan cheese and heavy cream. Stir until well blended. Simmer for several minutes until the cheese has melted completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle thyme, oregano, and chilli flakes. Stir until well blended. Add more seasonings if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the cooked chicken breasts and sun-dried tomatoes. Toss until well coated by the sauce. Let it simmer until the texture of the sauce becomes thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle basil leaves on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serve and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge.
