Fluffy Skillet Buns
Fluffy Skillet Buns are a recipe for soft and fluffy buns, pan-fried for a slightly crispy texture on the outside.

This recipe is easy to prepare and requires few ingredients, making it an ideal choice for a quick breakfast or a tasty side dish for dinner.

235 ml (1 cup) milk 245 ml (1 cup) water 1 teaspoon sugar 10g dry yeast 1.5 teaspoons salt 4 tablespoons olive oil 620 g (5 cups ) flour (all purpose) 1 clove garlic 50 g (1/4 cup) butter Parsley

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Form balls. Let rise 30 minutes.

Spread the cakes and fry in a preheated pan.

Mix the oil with the garlic and parsley. Grease each loaf with this mixture.
