Recipe Rolled Pancakes with Minced Meat Un Délice

  • For the pancake batter
  • 500g flour
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 liter of milk
  • Salt
  • 120g butter
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Stuffing: 300 g of minced meat
  • 2 egg
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bell peppers (green and red)
  • Black olives
  • Gruyere
  • Butter
  • Salt, spices (black pepper, paprika, turmeric, ginger)
  • Olive oil


  1. For the pancake batter: Mix all the ingredients and beat well in a blender, cover the container and let the batter rest for 1/2 hour. Heat a buttered frying pan, pour a ladle of batter and cook both sides. Peel the onions, Cut the peppers into small dice.
  2. After preparing the pancake batter, start sautéing the grated onions in a little olive oil. Add the crumbled minced meat. Add the peppers, break the eggs inside, salt and spice and leave to cook.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Cook the pancakes, trying not to have pancakes that are too thin.
  4. On a work surface, prepare the stuffing, the cheeses and the pancakes. Put a sufficient quantity of the stuffing on the crepe, place the square of cheddar cut in half on top, close the two ends.
  5. Roll into a sausage shape until the end, butter a gratin dish and place the crepe sausages. Sprinkle with grated cheese, garnish with black olives. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
