Creamy lemon chicken: It takes less than 30 minutes and only one pan!

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • juice of one lemon
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • parsley
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Chop chicken breasts, then add salt, pepper and olive oil.
Fry breasts on both sides. Add ½ cup chicken broth, minced garlic and lemon juice. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken from pan, melt butter and mix with flour.
Pour in remaining chicken stock and stir until sauce thickens. Return chopped parsley and chicken to pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
