Homemade bread: how to make it crusty and delicious

380 g flour 0
240 g water
4 grams brewer’s yeast
1 teaspoon honey/sugar
8 g salt


  1. First dissolve yeast in water and add honey.
  2. Pour the mixture into the flour and start mixing.
  3. Then add the salt and shape into a smooth dough by hand.
  4. Leave to rest for 20 minutes, then work vigorously.
  5. Place in a greased bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  6. Knead the dough as shown in the video and leave to rise for an hour.
  7. Moisten the surface of the bread with a little water and sprinkle with a little flour.
  8. Cut the bread on the side and bake at 240° for 10 minutes, then bake at 210° for 30 minutes.
