Salmon and Avocado Tartare

Salmon and avocado tartare is a fresh and colorful dish made from finely chopped cubes of salmon and avocado flesh. Everything is garnished with lemon, red onions and parsley for a delicate and delicious taste.


  • 300g fresh salmon
  • 1 ripe avocado of 200 g
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100g mango flesh
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • chive
  • tabasco to taste
  • salt pepper


  1. Take the fresh salmon remove the skin and cut it into cubes, put it in a bowl then season with salt.
  2. Wash the bell pepper and cut into cubes then cut the mango flesh into cubes.
  3. Add to the salmon then mix.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Peel the avocado and remove the central part and cut the flesh into cubes then sprinkle with lime juice, olive oil and Tabasco, salt and pepper.
  6. Take a small circle of steel and put first the avocado and finally the salmon, decorate with grated chives.
