  • 250g (2 cups) flour
  • 190 ml (¾ cup) water
  • 10g (1 tbsp) fresh yeast
  • 6g of salt


  1. Whisk the yeast with lukewarm water. Add the flour and salt mixture. Mix well.
  2. Let rise for 2 hours.
  3. Pour the mixture and fry in hot oil. Serve.
