Stuffed Sandwiches: Perfect For A Delicious Appetizer!

Stuffed sandwiches are traditional sandwiches filled with slices of meat, cheese, and fresh vegetables, such as lettuce leaves and tomato slices. They are perfect for a quick and easy lunch or for an outdoor picnic.


  • 500 g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
  • 1 C. salt
  • 1 C. baking powder
  • 150g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 200g sour cream
  • For filling
  • 350g of chicken meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 potato
  • salt
  • Paprika
  • Pepper
  • 50 ml (0.23 cup) oil
  • Parsley
  • Sesame
  • Egg yolk


  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
  3. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and form into balls. Unroll the cakes. Put the filling in the middle of the cake and cover with another cake.
  4. Close the edges in the shape of a flower. Put the formed sandwiches on a baking sheet and brush them with yolk.
  5. Form the leaves of the flower and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 minutes at 180C° / 350°F
