Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 400 g sweetened plain yoghurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 40g sifted cornstarch

Preparation :

  1. Cover an 18/20 cm glass dish with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the eggs with a hand whisk
  3. Add the sifted cornstarch to the mixture and mix well
  4. Pour the preparation into the dish and bake at 170°C for 35 to 50 minutes
  5. The cake is ready when it is golden on the surface
