250 gr of cherries4 small eggs80 g of icing sugar60 ml in EVO30 ml of cherry liqueur250ml of milk160 gr of flour with baking powderFor the syrup:80ml of water80 g of sugar


1. Wash and pit the cherries.

2. Then mix the eggs with icing sugar, oil, liqueur, milk, and flour with yeast.

3. Pour the mixture over the cherries and bake at 180° for 40 minutes.

4. Dissolve the sugar in the water and wet the surface of the cake.
