Apple and Yoghurt Pie without Dairy, without Butter Only 170 Calories!

The apple pie with pastry cream is super tasty with a delicious cream, really easy and simple to prepare. Ingredients 250 grams of 00 flour 90 grams of stevia sweetener (or alternatively 180 grams of normal or cane sugar) 200 ml of plain white yoghurt 80 ml of seed oil 2 golden apples 3 eggs 1 sachet of vanillin 1 sachet baking powder


Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl until they whiten and become frothy. At this point, add the oil, yogurt, baking powder, vanilla and very slowly the flour (previously sifted), continuing to mix everything. Now after having washed and peeled the apples you will have to cut them into pieces, then add them to your mixture. Now butter your nonstick pan (remember it should be 26 centimeters in diameter), then pour the batter into it. Then add the apples you have already set aside for decoration. Finally, put everything in the saucepan over low heat and then over high heat. Bake the cake for 25 minutes and do the same on the other side. Once the pie is cooked, turn off the heat, sprinkle with a pinch of icing sugar, cut into slices and serve.
