Mini Fried Donuts

Mini homemade donuts that have nothing to envy to those of the baker, easy and soft, you can make them plain or filled with your choice.


  • 300 g of flour
  • 20 grams of sugar
  • 7 g of dry yeast
  • 50 g of butter at room temperature
  • 130 g whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg


  1. In the blender, introduce the flour, sugar, yeast, butter, milk, salt and egg.
  2. Work the ingredients until you obtain a uniform and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Leave to rise until the dough has doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough and form donuts.
  5. Let them rest for 15 minutes and fry them in hot oil.
  6. Put them in sugar and enjoy these delights.
