Creamy Lemon Tart is a refreshing and delicious dessert with a crispy shortbread crust and a creamy, tangy lemon juice filling. It is a perfect choice for summer evenings or for lunches.


  • 170 g of crumbled biscuits
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • 3 yolks
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 400 g of condensed milk
  • 150 g of lemon juice
  • 100g whipped cream


  1. Base: Mix the biscuits and mix them with the sugar and the butter. Crush them in a mold and bake at 320°F (160°) for 20 minutes.
  2. Cream: mix the egg yolks with the lemon zest, condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the bottom and cook for another 22 minutes. Then let cool and put in the fridge for 3 hours.
  3. Then whip the cream and garnish the cake.
