  • 1 roll of shortcrust pastry
  • 80g cornstarch
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3/4 liter of milk


  1. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a 24/26 cm diameter tart tin.
  2. Mix in a saucepan the cornstarch, the sugars, the eggs added one by one with the milk added slowly.
  3. Put on the fire, stirring constantly. Remove from the first boil.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and cook for 35 to 40 minutes in a fairly hot preheated oven (thermostat 6/7).
