Upside down cake with oranges: the winter masterpiece!

Orange upside-down cake: ingredients and preparation
For this recipe, get:
- 3 eggs
- sugar (160g)
- cooking oil (150ml)
- orange juice (200ml)
- Orange peel
- farina (250 g)
- baking powder (14 g)
- for the bottom:
- 4 oranges
- sugar (80g)
Preheat the oven to 150°.
Grease a 20 cm diameter cake tin, covering the base and edges with butter, then pour 80 grams of sugar and distribute them evenly.
Peel 4 oranges, then cut them into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
And arrange them on the bottom and on the sides to cover them.

Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar (160 g) and work everything with the mixer until you get a thick and frothy mixture. Grate the orange and also add the zest and orange juice. Activate the whisk again and mix well. Now incorporate the flour, sifting it directly into the container and mix again well.
Lastly, also add the yeast and stir with the hand whisk to uniform.
Now pour the mixture into the mold over the oranges.
