Potato dumplings are a delicious and easy dinner option. They are pan-fried until golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve them with sour cream or salsa for a flavorful meal.


  • 170 g potato flakes
  • 120 cornstarch
  • 40g parmesan
  • 7g of salt
  • 550 ml of water


  1. Mix the potato flakes with the cornstarch, parmesan and salt.
  2. Add the water and form balls.
  3. Fry them in hot oil for 5 minutes.
