Grilled chicken with creamy garlic sauce is a delicious and relatively simple dish. Here’s a recipe:

Ingredients:

    1. 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces.
    1. 5 tablespoons olive oil, divided.
    1. 5 teaspoons paprika.
    1. 5 teaspoons garlic powder.
    1. 5 teaspoons onion powder.
    1. 5 teaspoons dried thyme.
    1. 5 teaspoons salt.
    1. 5 teaspoons black pepper.

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

    1. 5 tablespoons butter.
    1. 5 cloves garlic, minced.
    1. 1 cup heavy cream.
    1. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
    1. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
    1. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to a few hours in the refrigerator).
  2. Prepare the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers (if desired). Brush the grill grates with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Make the sauce: While the chicken is grilling, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant (be careful not to burn it). Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Serve: Remove the grilled chicken from the skewers (if using) and place it on a serving platter. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken and serve immediately.

Tips and Variations:

  • You can add a squeeze of lemon juice to the sauce for a brighter flavor.
  • For a spicier sauce, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
  • For an even richer sauce, add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.
  • If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the chicken in a skillet or bake it in the oven.
