The natural oil that eliminates skin spots, crow’s feet and blemishes

By Vitia

It seems that once we reach 40 years of age, hormones begin to go haywire, and every time we look in the mirror we notice some new symptom of advancing age. Some natural remedies can help us alleviate these symptoms: here are some of them.

Skin spots. Levels of estrogen, a hormone that regulates melanin production, tend to fluctuate after the age of 40. This phenomenon, together with the action of the sun on the skin, can cause the appearance of spots. A compound contained in licorice root helps break down melanin, promoting cell regeneration.

Mix 3 drops of licorice root extract with 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt (whose lactic acid eliminates dead cells). Mix well and apply directly to the skin spots, leaving it on for 15 minutes. Repeat once a day.

Crow’s feet. The skin around the eyes is 10 times thinner than the other, and bends more easily. To combat crow’s feet, you can use rosehip oil, whose vitamin A stimulates fibroblasts to produce more elastin. Massage the skin around your eyes with 2 drops of rosehip oil.

Skin imperfections. The hormonal flow in perimenopause sends the oil glands of the skin into a tailspin, making it oilier and closing the pores. In this regard, the use of witch hazel is recommended: just apply it with a cotton pad directly to the skin.
