How to unclog the hob nozzles to make them perform more

It may happen that the nozzles of the kitchen stove do not light up well, or that they have a much weaker flame. Sometimes the problem is solved by tapping the stove. This phenomenon is often associated with a gas supply problem, when in reality it is a much easier problem to solve.
Food remains accumulate on the stovetop, and therefore also in the nozzles, which, when hardened, make the flame much weaker or, sometimes, even prevent the flame from igniting. Fortunately, it is possible to unclog the nozzles with a DIY trick.
Before you start, it’s important to take the right precautions. This problem can also be caused by a buildup of gas or even a leak. For this reason, it is important to turn off the gas before putting the trick into practice.
The first thing to do, once the gas is turned off, is to remove the stove fires. This operation is very simple to put into practice.
Take a thin but strong enough wire, and cover one end with electrical tape. Then insert this end into the hole from which the gas comes out, as if it were a cotton swab.
Repeat this in each hole, then put the burners back in place, making sure to secure them well.
All that remains is to turn on the stove and check that everything is working properly. The flame, of course, will be stronger and more constant.
This operation allows us not only to improve the cooking of food, with a more uniform heat distribution, but also to save some money.
