By Vitia

When it comes to moisturizing the skin, regenerating tissues and restoring the natural shine to the face, DIY masks made with natural ingredients are an excellent option to have satisfactory results without spending a fortune.

One of the most effective ingredients for nourishing the body and protecting the skin is chia. Thanks to their nourishing properties and high levels of calcium and magnesium, these seeds are ideal for protecting and moisturizing the skin.

The nutrients composed in chia promote healing, delay skin aging and create a barrier that protects the skin from external factors such as germs and bacteria.

Below we suggest recipes for 3 chia masks to improve the appearance of the skin and rejuvenate the face by 10 years.
