  • 800-900 gr of tomatoes
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 25 ml of vinegar
  • 30 ml of water
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 Spicy (choice)
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • A bunch of dill with parsley

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the tomatoes into medium pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, oil, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, pepper, Calabrian pepper and garlic.
  3. Add the dill and parsley, mix again.
