Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Chickpeas:
- Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.
- Drain them well, and then pat them completely dry with paper towels. The drier they are, the crispier they’ll become.
- You can also remove the skins of the chickpeas for an even crispier result. This step is optional, but it does make a difference.
- Season the Chickpeas:
- In a bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with the olive oil.
